A 2-storey extension of the gardener's house of a historical Estate in a conservation area. Replacing a lean-to kitchen volume, this renewal of a previous application emphasises seamless integration through thorough analysis of materials and elevation layout, reflecting our commitment to sensitive residential renovations that respect heritage contexts. The proposed volume, while expressing its entity as a new element, complements the existing house, whereas the new elevation is subordinate to the bay window feature. Timber boarding feature softens up the brick facade, whilst responding to the timber framing of the bay window.
