Remodelling of a 3-storey property in Hammersmith, by replacing of the existing rear extension.
Introducing an open plan layout in the ground and 1st floor, by modernising the facilities and upgrading the envelope, also to include an Air Source Heat Pump. The rear elevation, overlooking Margravine Park, is treated as a main elevation with a fluted brick pattern adding a level of refinement whilst blending in with the Victorian character of the property.
