Conversion of a Victorian House into 3 flats by adding a rear, side and a loft extension. Working within historic context restrictions, the design is seeking to maximise the floorplate whilst maintaining quality of space. A light well was introduced to bring in light into the deep plan, while green roofs are installed at the rear terraces to bring the garden into the upper levels. This creates an effect of the landscape cascading down the stepped rear elevation.
